Shoes: These shoes reminded us of vans, a very classic shoe that we all like. We also noticed the small Nike logo; you could either cover it up or show it off. These shoes are very versatile and you can dress them up.
Pants: Immediately when we saw these pants we thought: Portland, the green city! These pants are very expressive and tell a lot about our generation. Colored pants are in style. Can wear with almost anything and still look good.
Jacket: This jacket will definitely keep you warm in Oregon. It’s versatile and is made of a material in which it can be worn all year round.
Shirt: This shirt stood out the most to us, and is also the item we used for our marketing campaign. It symbolizes a musical theme and is very simple, but means a lot. We believe that in some way, music plays a part in us all. This shirt has personality and people will relate to it. It’s not just a shirt, but a shirt that represents our Portland Native Musical Festival.

Mannequin 2
Each item on this mannequin reflects a fashionable function, we wanted to express that you can look good in your work out clothes. The jacket serves as protection from the rain, we stressed in week one that we do not like to be branded so the fact there is no swoosh made it appealing to us. The hoody has a classic feel to it yet very simple an can be worn with work out clothes or causally. The pants also have a classic feel to them, they too can be worn as work out pants or casually. Finally we have the shoes. The shoes reflect the ultimate cross between function and fashion.

Our group decided to use fashion as our base root to better understand our generation. We’re all different in one way or another, and by asking questions that relate to clothes and fashion we wanted to find the similarities and differences between us all. Our hope is that you come away from this video thinking about what you wear and why you wear it.

Mannequin 3
For our mannequin we chose to go with a feminine yet comfortable look. The shoes and the undershirt really stuck out from all of the other clothes that we had around us witch is why we chose to add those two pieces of clothing. The khaki pants and the crewneck sweater came from the fact that both of these pieces could be use for both female and male. And we liked how versatile those products could be.
We based our marketing campaign on the crewneck sweater. This was because of the comfort ability, versatility, and simplicity that the crewneck has, and it was a piece of clothing that everyone in our group loved. We came up with having a teen girls camp in multiple states around the country. These camps will be purpose to help the girls build confidence in there selves.
